Medical Cannabis Evaluations

Stacy Hepner is a qualified medical provider in Utah for medical cannabis and has completed additional training through the CPTR program at CIIS. Stacy is certified by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services to evaluate patients for medical cannabis treatment under state law.

Stacy offers comprehensive, individualized evaluations for patients with qualifying medical conditions, including:

  • Chronic pain

  • PTSD (diagnosed by a qualified mental health provider)

  • Cancer

  • HIV/AIDS

  • Epilepsy or debilitating seizures

  • Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Autism

  • And other conditions as outlined by Utah law

Note: A recommendation for medical cannabis can only be issued after a qualifying condition has been confirmed through evaluation and documentation. We follow all state requirements and documentation protocols.
